Great product, but they all fail.

The java jig filters are great, and I love this system, but the seam on the outer sleeve will eventually fail after a few months. The repeated heating and cooling causes it to seperate. I am on my way to buy a 3rd javajig starter kit as I need my morning coffee. 4 pods now have come apart in the same way.

Excellent Product and great customer service

This is an excellent product! I was concerned about how many plastic K-cups I was throwing in the blue box and decided to change that. I don’t care for the quality of brew with the metal basket versions and tried the Java-jig...I Love it! Albeit it’s a little more work but the filter system allows a fabulous cup of coffee and it’s completely biodegradable. Customer service assisted me in changing my online order (as an after thought I decided to order a second kit), she was so friendly and helpful and with her edit, shipping was free AND...as a bonus She also gave me a discount, how sweet is that!

Javajig & filters

Absolutely one of the best most convenient products I have used. Previously was purchaseing in the US am delighted to find them in Canada. As they are a great way to reduce the plastic (l drink a lot of. Coffee). They are also much more economical as one can of 930 grams of Melitta yields approximately 160 tablespoons of excellent coffee.

This is by far the best replacement for coffee pods. Easy to use and easy to clean.
