Excellent customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong filters for my coffee percolator. I called Melitta and spoke with Monique. No problem! She sent me a return label and once they received my return, she actually called me to tell me my total refund was issued. She called me! I haven’t seen personal customer service like this in years. Filters make a difference
